About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Co-Founder to lead engineering at Clusiv. You'll own the technical vision, build core product infrastructure, and scale our AI-powered sales closer that texts, qualifies, and books leads automatically. This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant equity and comp growth as we scale.
What You Bring
- Fluent in TypeScript and JavaScript (required)
- Experience with React, Next.js, and modern frontend frameworks
- Backend proficiency: Node.js, serverless, APIs, databases
- Comfortable with AI/ML integrations and LLM-powered products
- Strong systems thinking: you can architect, ship, and iterate fast
- Startup mindset: scrappy, ownership-driven, no task too small
- Bonus: experience with messaging APIs, CRM integrations, or sales tech
What You'll Do
- Lead all technical decisions and product architecture
- Build and scale the AI closing engine and messaging infrastructure
- Ship features fast: from lead integrations to booking automation
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on product strategy and roadmap
- Hire and grow the engineering team as we scale

per year, based on experience
