You own this data, but by using the platform you grant us permission to store, process, and transmit it to operate the service.

  • Carrier-level metadata

This data may pass through Blooio or telecom carriers depending on the integration.

D. Usage Information

  • Buttons clicked

  • Tracking cookies and analytics

This helps us improve the platform and troubleshoot problems.

4. BLOOIO PARTNERSHIP & THIRD-PARTY DATA FLOW

Clusiv relies on Blooio as a telecom infrastructure provider for peer-to-peer messaging, carrier routing, number provisioning, and message delivery.

By using Clusiv you acknowledge:

  • Your message and call data may pass through Blooio systems
  • Telecom carriers may retain logs per industry regulations
  • Clusiv does not control how carriers store or process data
  • Clusiv is not liable for data loss, leaks, or compliance issues originating from Blooio or downstream carriers

However, Blooio may retain minimal telecom metadata as required by law or carriers.

5. DATA SHARING

We may share data with:

A. Service Providers

Strictly to operate the platform:

  • Blooio (telecom)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Google (AI/Calendar integrations)
  • Meta (lead delivery)
  • Email delivery providers
  • Cloud hosting infrastructure

These entities cannot use your data for anything other than providing services.

B. Legal or Regulatory Requests

We may disclose information if required by:

  • Court orders
  • Subpoenas
  • Government requests
  • Carrier regulatory compliance

We will attempt to notify you unless prohibited.

C. Business Transactions

If you access Clusiv from outside the United States:

11. DATA DELETION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may request data deletion at any time. However:

  • Telecom metadata may persist per carrier laws
  • Backups may retain encrypted fragments for up to 180 days
  • Some data must be retained for accounting or compliance

If your account is terminated (voluntarily or via Kill Switch), we may delete your data without recovery.
